Under his leadership, BHA Jewelry has become a trusted name in the retail space, known for exceptional quality and dependable sourcing. Outside of the business, Ash enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and staying engaged with his community.

Hitesh Chugani brings over 20 years of experience in jewelry and watch retail, with expertise in product development, operations, and strategic planning. A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill with GIA certifications, he leads BHA Jewelry’s design and quality efforts—combining rare gemstone sourcing, trend-forward thinking, and meticulous attention to detail. Hitesh’s hands-on approach ensures that every piece stands out for its boldness and craftsmanship. His background also includes helping grow Kay’s Fine Jewelry across the Caribbean, with a focus on customer experience, team leadership, and innovation across retail and e-commerce platforms.
